Pharmacolog Inc. has received an order for WasteLog® from Bronson Methodist Hopital Kalamazoo, Michigan. The system will be used to control the return of narcotics at the healthcare groups main trauma center.
Bronson Methodist Hospital is a 434-bed teaching hospital and trauma center located in central Kalamazoo, Michigan. Bronson Methodist Hospital is the flagship of the Bronson Healthcare Group, a nonprofit healthcare system with a total of four hospitals located in southwest Michigan and northern Indiana.
After evaluation, Bronson Methodist Hopital decided to invest in WasteLog as the main solution for the control of returned narcotic drugs, a WasteLog® system to be placed at their main trauma center. The use of WasteLog® is part of the Bronson Drug Diversion Prevention program. The agreement is a direct sale via Pharmacolog USA Inc. and has an order value of aprox. SEK 400 000.
