Cliniques universitaires Saint-Luc, Brussels, Belgium has ordered a DrugLog® system. The system will be used for the final control of cytotoxic drugs at the hospital pharmacy. The agreement is entered into with Pharmacolog France SARL and is the first installation of DrugLog® in Belgium.
Clinique universitaires Saint-Luc (UCL) is Brussels’ largest hospital with 5,800 employees and 970 beds. In addition to providing optimal patient care, Saint-Luc collaborates with the Université Catholique de Louvain in research, innovation and teaching. UCL has a comprehensive non-sterile and sterile device that includes preparations for chemotherapy. UCL Saint Luc has now signed an agreement with Pharmacolog France SARL to install DrugLog® which will be used to control the cytotoxic drugs. The order value is approximately SEK 700,000 over a period over three years.
